Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau and assistant coaches Brad Lauer and Bob Woods took part in the event, which included Lauer and Woods competing in a cook-off. They each had 13 minutes to make a pasta dish with Jack Daniel's as the secret ingredient and a cocktail, and both were judged by a panel that included Boudreau, Ducks radio voice Steve Carroll, and the OC Register's Fast Food Maven Nancy Luna. Lauer prevailed after each were judged on criteria that included Presentation, Flavor, Use of Secret Ingredient and Creativity.

Some of the featured items at the tasting are available exclusively for fans on the San Manuel Premium Level, including SLICED (the made-to-order deli), the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club, Suite ordering menus and in-seat service

With Honda Center’s all-new Club Seat program, fans will receive “loaded tickets” with a credit of up to $20 to be used on any of these items at Ducks games.
