Selected by Anaheim in the third round (76th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, Bobkov has gone 15-17-1 with a 3.10 GAA and .907 SV% in 33 career AHL contests. He won a gold medal with Team Russia at the 2011 IIHF World Junior Championship, stopping all 20 shots faced in relief en route to a 5-3 championship win over Canada on Jan. 5, 2011.
