Ducks Host Meet the Team Friday
Ducks Players, Coaches and Management will Attend Special Wine Tasting Event at Historic Location with Proceeds Benefiting Anaheim Ducks Foundation and Register Charities
The Ducks will host Meet the Team presented by OCRegister.com on Friday, October 10 at historic Mission San Juan Capistrano. Beginning at 7 p.m., Ducks fans and supporters will have the opportunity to participate in a special wine tasting event, which will benefit both the Anaheim Ducks Foundation and Register Charities.
The entire Ducks roster, coaches and management will attend Meet the Team, taking place just two days prior to Opening Night at Honda Center (Sunday, Oct. 12 vs. Phoenix, 5:05 p.m.). The outdoor gardens and adobe-brick walls of the “Jewel of the Missions” will serve as the backdrop of this intimate event, giving guests the opportunity to taste a variety of wines provided by Young’s Market Company while mingling with their favorite players. Each wine will be specially paired with an hors d’oeurve, prepared by Hyatt Regency Caterers.
Unique silent auction items will be available at Meet the Team, including one-of-a-kind experiences such as a watch party for 10 in the Ducks Locker Room and a Training Session at Honda Center with Ducks Strength and Conditioning Coach Sean Skahan. Guests can also purchase opportunity drawing tickets for impressive prizes to be raffled off at the end of the evening.
Tickets for Meet the Team presented by OCRegister.com are still available and can be purchased by contacting the Anaheim Ducks Community Relations Department (1-877-WILD WING). Individual tickets are $225 and only those age 21-and-over may attend.
