Originally assigned to Syracuse on Nov. 10, Sexton has collected 7-8=15 points with four PIM in 14 AHL contests with the Crunch.

Signed as a free agent on Apr. 7, 2009, Sexton made his NHL debut with Anaheim in 2009-10. He collected 9-10=19 points with 16 PIM in 41 games last season, leading all Ducks rookies in assists and points. Among NHL rookies, his points-per-game average (.46) was tied for 10th while his 6-5=11 points in the month of December ranked second.
