Selected by Edmonton in the second round (68th overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Jacques has scored 9-8=17 points with 192 PIM in 165 career NHL games with the Oilers and Ducks. He made his professional debut with the Edmonton Roadrunners (AHL) in 2004-05 and has since appeared in 169 career AHL games, earning 57-62=119 points with 306 PIM.
