Ducks Announce 2012-13 Preseason Schedule

The Ducks announced their 2012 preseason schedule, in which they will compete in seven preseason contests before the start of the 2012-13 regular season campaign on Oct. 12 vs. San Jose (7:05 p.m., Honda Center).

Four of Anaheim’s seven preseason contests will take place at Honda Center. The schedule will commence with a contest at home against Phoenix on Tuesday, Sept. 25. The club will remain in Anaheim for its next preseason tilt on Friday, Sept. 28 vs. Colorado, its first exhibition contest vs. the Avalanche since the 1999-00 season. The Ducks will then travel to San Jose the following night for a contest against the Sharks at HP Pavilion on Sept. 29. In addition, the club will also face Southern California rival Los Angeles on two occasions (Oct. 1 at Honda Center, Oct. 6 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA).

Tickets for that Oct. 6 game in Ontario -- in which the arena will be split between Ducks fans and Kings fans -- can be purchased here.
