Ducks to Host Fan Appreciation Night This Saturday
All Fans in Attendance to Receive Team Photo and Playoffs Decal; One Lucky Fan to Win a 2013 Honda Accord
In addition to team photos and playoff decals, fans will have the opportunity to purchase Ducks playoff car flags in the Team Store and at kiosks throughout the building starting in the third period for just $5. Other notable items for Fan Appreciation Night include a Ducks photo booth located on the Plaza concourse and the opportunity to win $2,500 from Dollar Loan Center. Fans can enter the contest between 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Section 214. A complete list of Fan Appreciation Night prize donors can be found at AnaheimDucks.com/fanappreciationnight. Highlighted prizes include a five-night stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village as well as a Sony car audio/video receiver. The Honda Accord will be presented to one of five finalists (chosen at random) on the ice during Saturday’s second intermission. The semifinalists attending Saturday’s game were selected through their participation in online games throughout the season and will be treated to a pre-game private party and receive Honda gift bags.
Fans can assist the Anaheim Ducks Foundation at Saturday’s game through the final “Surprise Puck” sale. The final piece to a four-puck set (first three pucks sold at games earlier this season), Saturday’s limited-edition puck will be sold for $30 each outside Section 212 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fans will pick either a Ducks player-autographed commemorative puck, or for 23 lucky fans, a surprise orange puck, which will also entitle the winner to an autographed Anaheim Ducks third jersey. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase one of three spots in the “Jersey off their Backs” ceremony through a silent auction outside Section 212. All proceeds from the silent auction will also benefit the Anaheim Ducks Foundation.
A very limited amount of tickets remain for Saturday’s Fan Appreciation Night and can be purchased online at AnaheimDucks.com, by phone with Ticketmaster at (714) 703-2545 or in person at the Honda Center box office. The box office will be open throughout Saturday’s game selling individual tickets to all four of Anaheim’s potential Western Conference Quarterfinal home contests, set to begin at Honda Center next week.
