NHL.com
OILERS (31-38-9) at DUCKS (33-34-11)

TV
: SNET-W (HD), PRIME (HD)

Last 10: Edmonton 5-3-2; Anaheim 4-5-1.

Season Series: This is the third of four meetings between the teams. The Ducks have outscored the Oilers by a 9-2 margin in two victories.

Big Story: Both teams have been eliminated from playoff contention, but are aiming to finish the season strong. The Ducks are just six points ahead of the Oilers in the Western Conference standings. The game will be the final contest at Honda Center for Anaheim in 2011-12.

Team Scope:

Ducks: Anaheim came up empty Saturday night, both in the standings and on the scoreboard. Mike Smith stopped all 44 shots he faced as the Phoenix Coyotes handed the Ducks a 4-0 loss at Jobing.com Arena.

The Ducks will be holding Fan Appreciation Night on Sunday in their final game at Honda Center this season.

Oilers
: Edmonton enters Sunday's action hoping to avoid a three-game skid. The Oilers are coming off back-to-back losses on home ice which saw them score only two goals. They suffered a 4-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Friday night at Rexall Place.

Injury Report: Oilers defenseman Theo Peckham is day-to-day with a concussion, while winger Taylor Hall (shoulder) is done for the season. … Ducks goalie Dan Ellis (sports hernia) is practicing and hopes to play before the season ends.

Stat Pack: Devan Dubnyk went 6-2-1 with a 1.95 goals-against average and a .934 save percentage in the month of March.

Puck Drop: "It was one of those nights when we weren't going to beat that guy. When Bobby Ryan beats him and hits (Phoenix center) Boyd Gordon in the back of the head and it bounces over the net, nothing is going to go in." -- Anaheim coach Bruce Boudreau on Phoenix goalie Mike Smith
