 DAL: M. Turco (W)
Stars 3, Ducks 1
For more than 40 minutes in Dallas, the Ducks hung on to a one-goal lead. In a flash during the third period it disappeared and Anaheim fell for the third straight game in a 3-1 loss to the Stars at American Airlines Center.

James Neal and Steve Ott scored 71 seconds apart early in the third to hand the Ducks their seventh straight road loss. Brenden Morrow added a third unanswered goal in the period, an empty-net tally, for the Stars in the final minute.

Saku Koivu scored 1:28 into the game and Jean-Sebastien Giguere stopped 34 shots for the last-place Ducks, who are 0-5-2 away from home since beating Philadelphia on Oct. 10.

Anaheim right wing Teemu Selanne fractured a bone in his left hand and did not play in the third. He had an assist on the Ducks' goal.

Marty Turco stopped 26 shots and improved to 22-9-8 lifetime against Anaheim. That is tied with San Jose for his most wins against any team in the league.

The Stars, who have scored three goals or less in 13 of their last 15 games, got a fortunate bounce to tie it early in third.

On Neal's soft attempt toward the net, the puck trickled off the skate of Ducks defenseman James Wisniewski and past Giguere at 1:50. It was Neal's 12th goal of the season.

The Stars took the lead for the good on Ott's goal at 3:01. Giguere appeared to have secured Ott's shot, which was taken from a difficult angle, but the puck slipped between his legs and into the net.

Ott had gone 13 games without a point and Neal was without a goal in his past six.

Off a pass from Ryan Whitney, Koivu drove a one-timer past Turco for his third goal of the season.

Giguere made that lead hold up through two periods. He stopped 12 shots in the first and 18 more in the second.

Anaheim's Corey Perry had his franchise-record 19-game point streak snapped. Perry had a shot that would have tied it go off the post in the third.

Notes: Whitney played in his 300th career game. ... Morrow has goals in five straight games. ... Dallas is 15-5-2 against Anaheim at home since 2002.
