TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -James Wisniewski is becoming a shootout specialist.

The defenseman scored in regulation and added the winner in a shootout in the Anaheim Ducks' 2-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Friday night.

"Miracles happen," injured Anaheim right wing Teemu Selanne said while Wisniewski talked with reporters.

"Thanks Teemu," Wisniewski responded. "I would say something else, but you have 595 goals."

Wisniewski has just three goals this season, but has converted both of his career shootout attempts. His other one came in the Ducks' 4-3 win at St. Louis on Jan. 23.

"We might have to stick with him," Ducks coach Randy Carlyle said. "The guy won the last one for us, so if it's not broken, don't try and fix it."

Ryan Getzlaf also scored in the shootout for Anaheim, 2-3 on a six-game trip. The Ducks have just seven goals in regulation during their trip.

Martin St. Louis scored for Tampa Bay. The Lightning entered the game with a three-game winning streak, their longest since January 2009.

"It was a hard fought game," Tampa Bay coach Rick Tocchet said. "You knew they were going to bring their 'A' game."

Tampa Bay is 2-7 this season in shootouts. The Ducks improved to 4-4.

St. Louis put the Lightning up 1-0 during a 2-on-1 at 9:47 of the first. Steven Stamkos assisted on the goal for his 100th career point, which came in his 132nd game. Stamkos had Tampa Bay's lone shootout goal.

Wisniewski tied it from the left circle on a power play at 6:36 of the second. Ryan Whitney stopped a personal 16-game points drought by assisting on the goal.

Lightning goalie Antero Niittymaki had his career-high scoreless streak end at 146 minutes, 13 seconds on Wisniewski's goal. The stretch included a 3-0 victory over the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday night.

"He's given us a chance to win every night here," Tocchet said.

The Tampa Bay team goalie shutout streak record is 170 minutes, 6 seconds, set by John Grahame in the 2005-06 season.

Niittymaki made 31 saves. Anaheim's Jonas Hiller stopped 30 shots.

"Both teams were playing pretty solid in the defensive zone," Hiller said. "It's fun to play that way. As a goalie, you'd rather have a 1-1 game than like a 7-7 game."

Lightning right wing Steve Downie received a 10-minute misconduct and a game misconduct during a scrum with 1:32 left in the third.

NOTES: Selanne (broken jaw) has resumed practicing. He has missed the past eight games. ... Stamkos has four assists and seven points during a five-game points streak. ... Flyers senior vice president Bobby Clarke scouted the game.
