The Future Ducks Rinks Program was created to develop community based initiatives geared to promote and educate the youth about the sport of hockey and the Anaheim Ducks.

Ace's Got Skills
Twenty Southern California youth players qualified for the Ace's Got Skills National Championships by winning one of the five skills categories during local events held December 6 at the Aliso Viejo Ice Palace and December 8 at Anaheim Ice.

Beyond the Boards

2008-09 Player Rink Tour
As part of the Future Ducks Rink Program, the Ducks visited several rinks in the Southern California in December and January. At each site, Ducks players signed autographs for the general public and interacted with youth teams by holding Q&A sessions with them in the locker room or on the ice.
